Notes:
We have a few suggestions for converting your AVCHD conversion clips:
- Always copy your HD camera clips onto a hard drive before converting. It istechnically possible to convert the clips from your camera, but this may lead to other problems.
- Keep a HD shortcut on your Desktop. This makes it easier to use (we think)
- Make sure you close down most other programs whilst HD is converting your HD clips. Due to it being quite CPU intensive, it needsmore power for the conversion process.
Now all you need to do is add some AVCHD files to the file list and press Start. Converted files are placed back in the same directory as the source files by default, or wherever you like by setting your Preferences.
